I would suggest complete insrting all the previous congresses of the society, for historical documentation. You may contact all previous organizers to send the announcemet of the congress> I am ready to send that of the THIRD REGIONAL ISGE MEETING CAIRO 9/9/99 I do need to know your e mail address
