In the era of minimally invasive surgery the approach of uterine leyomioma , this high prevalent disease, is trying several modifications .
In this pre-congress course we will discuss the main image techniques, necessary for an ideal preoperatory assessment, the advances in endoscopyc surgery, the argue about preoperatory medical treatment and the future of minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of leyomioma.
