Secretariat Report
The following members retired from the ISGE Board after their four year tenure:
Tim McKinney – USA
Mauricio Abrao – Brazil
Nutan Jain – India
Johann Van der Watt – South Africa
All have made a significant contribution to the ISGE. Tim McKinney has been an enthusiastic Board member and we have valued his wise counsel. Mauricio Abrao is the Chairman of the upcoming ISGE Sao Paulo meeting to be held in September and has tirelessly worked to push the ISGE cause in South America. Nutan Jain has made a significant contribution to ISGE over recent years and we look forward to her continuing involvement in the Society. Johann Van der Watt has been involved with ISGE over a number of years. Those who attended the ISGE Regional Meeting in Cape Town in 2004, will appreciate the significant contribution that Johann has made towards the ongoing success of our Society.
I hope that retiring Board members will continue their involvement with ISGE over the next few years as we move our Society forward.
