VISIT
The mission of the Endometriosis Foundation of America (EFA) is to bring endometriosis treatment forth to the level of state-of-the-art care. Currently, the disease is poorly understood and frequently subject to missed or delayed diagnosis. Indeed, women may go undiagnosed for nearly a decade beyond symptom onset, and routine treatment is often ineffective and controversial. It is reasonable to say that today’s standard of care is not well-defined, and leaves many women undiagnosed, misdiagnosed and mistreated. The Foundation’s goal is to implement progressive guidelines for early intervention, timely diagnosis and effective treatment. In every stage of disease, complete and meticulous Laparoendoscopic Excision Surgery remains the element of novel care for superior patient outcome and satisfaction.

Radical excision surgery for multiple organ involvement;
Checklist for the prevention of complications and unintended outcome;
And much more
Following this course, the participant should:
Understand stem cell concept as it relates to retrograde theory and Mülleriosis;
Recognize deep dyspareunia as a sign and symptom of endometriosis;
Be familiar with the cul-de-sac as it relates to sexual function; and
