Foreword ANGOL president
Dear Friends,
It is with deep emotion, immense pleasure, and a profound sense of honor that we welcome you to the 21st Congress of ANGOL, held this year in conjunction with the 38th Congress of ISGE — a historic event for our country.
Hosting an ISGE Congress in Algeria for the very first time is an exceptional privilege, a mark of international trust, and a clear testament to the dynamism and excellence of our scientific community.
By entrusting us with the organization of this world-class event, ISGE recognizes the remarkable energy that drives our country, the commitment of our practitioners, the maturity of our training structures, and the emergence of a new generation of specialists determined to advance the field.
Against the majestic backdrop of the Great Mosque of Algiers, this dual congress will bring together world-renowned experts around an ambitious, rigorous, and innovative scientific program. It will demonstrate Algeria’s capacity to unite, innovate, and fully engage in the international dynamics of gynecologic endoscopy.
Yet beyond science, innovation, and technical progress, this congress will also — and perhaps above all — give our guests from around the world the opportunity to discover one of the most precious treasures of our country: the profound generosity, sincere hospitality, and warmth of the Algerian people. Here, welcoming is an art. Sharing is a duty. Honoring the guest is a tradition that transcends us and unites us.
We are proud that our international colleagues can experience this fraternal warmth, which has always been the hallmark of our gatherings and creates an enduring bond between the Algerian medical community and its international partners.
We hope that each participant will leave Algiers not only scientifically enriched but also deeply touched by what Algeria offers at its best: kindness, openness, and the generosity of its people.
Fully aware of the responsibility entrusted to us, ANGOL has mobilized with determination to rise to this honor and to offer a scientific program that is rich, rigorous, and ambitious, meeting international standards and the expectations of our community.
Let me emphasize that this congress is not merely an academic meeting: it is a collective celebration, of a profession that comes together, grows, and builds, year after year, a true culture of quality, innovation, and professional solidarity.
I wish you a fruitful, inspiring congress!
